An executive session involving the fire chief and an extra attorney was the most unusual thing at the Work Session of the Lowndes County Commission on October 10, 2022.

Commissioners had questions about fire truck access and turn around area.

Currently one legal non-conforming lot, re-aligning to make two legal conforming lots.

I’m not exactly sure why Steve Stalvey came to the lectern rather than speaking from his regular seat.

6.c. Eagleview Pictometry Agreement for Lowndes County Board of Assessors
6.d. Accept Infrastructure for Val Del Estates Subdivision Phase II
7. Reports – County Manger – request for executive session
The county manager requested an executive session for attorney client priviledge regarding current or pending litigation. Will Elliott was the extra lawyer at the meeting. He and the fire chief went into the session with the commissioners.
