This is an interesting way of dealing with arbitrary speaking time limits. Might be worth trying in other venues.

    It was a clever,altruistic ploy because both men are excellent,passionate speakers. I gain more & more respect for both of these men everytime I interact with them. One of my groups that is fighting UN Agenda 21 in local govt. purchased $200 worth of FVCS yard signs to give out to people & encourage them to speak out against consolidation in their neighborhoods. We need other groups to do likewise. Most county & city residents have no idea the millions of dollars at stake in CUEE’s desperation to see school consolidation pass. When it does not they cannot bring it back up for vote for at least 12 months unless they ignore that law too. We need those 12 months to expose what is happening in the local govt. before this hinderance to their goals is removed.
