Commissioner Joyce Evans did ask if the applicants would be
at the Regular Session Tuesday evening, and was told they would.
Will they speak this time, unlike

the applicants two weeks ago?

They finally posted an agenda
after the meeting.

  and now needs agreement to continue using the same contractor.
  Emergency Management Director Ashley Tye continues to handle the
  paperwork for the judge.

  Surveying and Engineering – Zipperer Road

  County Engineer claimed a majority of the landowners on Zipperer Road
  had submitted a petition to pave Zipperer Road, and he had
  picked Lovell Engineering for surveying and engineering to the tune of
  $63,750.
  Commissioners had no questions about either of those things.
  Maybe they should.

  Demarcus Marshall wanted to know if building up the road was included.
  Engineer said yes, due to potential reimplementation of Boring Pond dam.
