City officials host a public hearing today at the Lake Park Elementary
School cafeteria concerning a rezoning request for an apartment complex.

LP-2014-02-26 Brookhaven III,
for which

the Planning Commission unanimously recommended denial on 31 March 2014
and



the Lake Park City Council tabled it 1 April 2014
so the developers could talk to the community.
