Dear public speakers, could you please:

1. 
   
   Always say your name! Doesn’t matter whether the chair or host just introduced you;
   that may not be on the same video, or maybe the chair forgot.

2. Say the name of your company or organization.
   Pretend we never heard it before, because quite possibly we haven’t.

3. Say clearly what your topic is. Just because you deal with a given program every day doesn’t mean
   anybody else will know what you’re talking about if you say it real quickly and don’t define it.
