\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nMaybe they’ve got a customer for one of those empty industrial parks\r\nBrad Lofton talked them into building before he left the state<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nMaybe they’re going to build some of those spec buildings<\/a> they and Valdosta Mayor Gayle admire in Vidalia\r\nand Douglas<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nMaybe they’re still negotiating with Sterling Planet about\r\nthe land for that biomass plant\r\nLofton stuck them with<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nMaybe they’re even talking about using some of their real estate bond-issuing\r\npower to issue green bonds for solar power<\/a>.\r\n
