Quarterman, 27 July 2014\" src=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/874cbeecbc48a05509b90de1e4ecb2b71.jpg\"><\/a>\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\nApplicant hadn&#8217;t done anything since the city fiddled with the LDR,\r\nand now wanted to market the property for commercial development,\r\nwhich requires a rezoning.\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\nGuy Daughtry spoke for, saying since the annexation the only positive\r\nthing he&#8217;d done was to pay more taxes to the city.\r\nGLPC member Jody Hall wanted to know if he was going to come back with\r\na new plan for development. The property is located along the west side of North\r\nValdosta Road immediately behind Music Funeral Home. The Planning\r\nCommission reviewed this request at their January Regular Meeting\r\nand recommended approval with 10 conditions (8-0 vote).\r\n<p>\r\n5.c) Consideration of an Ordinance to annex a total of 3.59 acres as\r\nrequested by Riverview Development (File No. VA-2011-02). The\r\nproperty is located along the west side of North Valdosta Road\r\nimmediately behind Music Funeral Home.
