addition\r\nto their existing building which would take away the septic tank,\r\nso they need to be connected to county services.\r\nHe added that this was within the city of Lake Park.\r\nHe said there was an update since\r\n<a Work Session<\/a>:\r\nthe church only wants to connect sewer and not water,\r\nand they&#8217;d be willing to pay one and a half times the school rate.\r\nWhen they need water, they&#8217;ll ask, and then the sewer rate will go back to normal.\r\nThis time he didn&#8217;t mention &#8220;Mr. Harrington&#8221;,\r\nwho presumably is\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zoominfo.com\/p\/Robbie-Harrington\/1930226345\">\r\nRobbie Harrington, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Lake Park<\/a>,\r\nbut why should we have to go look that up?\r\nThey had discussed in the previous morning&#8217;s Work Session<\/a>.\r\nThis time Commissioner Demarcus Marshall wanted to know if county employees\r\nwere allowed to bid.\r\nAnswer: no.\r\nUnanimous inconsistencies in\r\nthe contract the county approved last year,\r\nand he was proposing to fix those inconsistencies at no cost to the county.\r\nHe didn&#8217;t say, but they approved it\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/12\/check-your-pipeline-dollar-general-3-special-tax-lighting-districts-and-mosquitos-lcc-2013-11-12.html#N-5311-Public-Transport\">12 November 2013<\/a>.\r\nIt&#8217;s a good thing MIDS checked the County Engineer&#8217;s work.\r\nMaybe somebody at the county should\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/11\/check-our-work-esp-about-the-pipeline-gretchen-quarterman-lcc-2013-11-12.html\">\r\ncheck our work<\/a>.\r\nThese discrepencies didn&#8217;t cost anything, but all those\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/?s=%22change+order%22\">change orders<\/a> do.\r\nThe Commissioners unanimously approved this MIDS contract change with no Lake Park Road, no houses, primarily woodlands owned\r\nby the Langdale Company.\r\nHe said last time they did traffic counts, there were fewer than ten cars a day.\r\nWhich is different from what he said at previous morning&#8217;s Work Session:\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2014\/05\/videos-airport-appointment-water-sewer-alcohol-and-surplus-right-of-way-lcc-2014-05-12.html#Old-Statenville-Road-SE\">\r\n&#8220;Last traffic count&#8230; seven cars a day.&#8221;<\/a>\r\nCommissioner Richard Raines clarified that they weren&#8217;t voting to abandon\r\nnow, merely to schedule a public hearing, which they then did,
