\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nAfter\r\n\r\nthe Planning Commission meeting of 31 March 2014<\/a>\r\nand\r\n\r\nthe Lake Park City Council meeting of 1 April 2014,<\/a>\r\nand\r\n\r\na special public hearing<\/a>,\r\nthe Lake Park City Council\r\n\r\nvoted 3 to 1 to deny<\/a> the Brookhaven apartment building \r\nrezoning.\r\n

\r\nMayor Eric Schindler’s statement about how the hornet’s nest\r\nof the Brookhaven rezoning LP-2014-02-26, or any rezoning,\r\n\r\nis a process and not a snap decision<\/a>\r\nis well worth watching.\r\n

\r\nThe City of Lake Park does not appear to have posted an agenda,\r\nor at least where I expected to find it\r\nthere are no details<\/a>.\r\nBelow are links to the videos in the order items appeared at the Lake Park City Council Regular Session of May 6th 2014, with a few notes.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
