\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\n\r\nOn Monday, May 5, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.,<\/strong><\/span> Lowndes County Emergency\r\nManagement will host a Continuity of Business Workshop<\/strong> on the second\r\nfloor of the Lowndes County Administrative Building, 327 North\r\nAshley Street, Valdosta, Georgia. The session will be led by\r\n\r\nLowndes County Emergency Management Director, Ashley Tye<\/strong><\/a>.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

Attendees will receive information that will assist them in\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\n\r\naddressing topics such as emergency plans and policies, evacuation\r\nplans, employee preparedness, crisis communication, insurance\r\ncoverage determination, utility disruptions, facility security and\r\nrecord maintenance. Mr. Tye will also be available to answer any\r\nquestions business community representatives may have related to\r\nmaintaining the operation of their business during and immediately after a major event. <\/p>\r\n
