Under the no-action alternative, the project would not be built and \r\nenvironmental resources in the project area would not be affected.\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\nFEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION,\r\nOffice of Energy Projects, AUGUST 2002,\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ferc.gov\/industries\/gas\/enviro\/erpman.pdf\">\r\nGUIDANCE MANUAL FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT PREPARATION<\/a>,\r\n<blockquote style=\"font-size:100%\">\r\n<H3>3.0 PREPARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTS\r\n<br>\r\nFOR NATURAL GAS ACT SECTION 7 \r\n<br>\r\nAPPLICATIONS<\/H3>\r\n<p>\r\nApplicants initiate the environmental review process through filing\r\nof an application. The application must include an ER with Resource\r\nReports as specified in \u00a7 157.14(a)(6-a), \u00a7 380.3 and \u00a7 380.12.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n&#8230;\r\n<H4>Resource Report 10 &mdash; Alternatives<\/H4>\r\n&#8230;\r\n<strong>\r\nMinimum Requirements to Avoid Rejection\r\n<\/strong>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>\r\nAddress the \u201cno action\u201d alternative. (\u00a7 380.12(l)(1))\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\nDiscuss the costs and benefits associated with each alternative\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/spectrabusters.org\/2014\/02\/27\/sabal-trail-solar-and-wind-misinformation\/\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;width:320px\" src=\"http:\/\/www.texassharon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Image-10.jpeg\"><\/a>\r\nThat document specifies the application for a FERC license has to\r\ndo those things.\r\nFor what Sabal Trail has done in its Resource Report 10, see\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/spectrabusters.org\/2014\/02\/27\/sabal-trail-solar-and-wind-misinformation\/\">\r\nSabal Trail solar and wind misinformation<\/a>.\r\n<p>\r\nBack to Laura Dailey:\r\n<blockquote style=\"font-size:100%\">\r\n<p>\r\nWe have over 28,000 miles of pipeline that is not usable in this country.\r\nWe&#8217;re going to add more pipeline which we&#8217;ve been told is state of the art.\r\nIf it is state of the art right now today, state of the art\r\nwill be old in two weeks.\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/spectrabusters.org\/2013\/12\/14\/solar-learns-faster-than-any-other-energy-source-citi-gps\/\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;\" src=\"http:\/\/spectrabusters.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/solar-learning-faster.png\"><\/a>\r\nMeanwhile,\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/spectrabusters.org\/2013\/12\/14\/solar-learns-faster-than-any-other-energy-source-citi-gps\/\">\r\nSolar learns faster than any other energy source \u2013Citi GPS<\/a>.\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\nSo my question is will you consider; I know you&#8217;re in the business\r\nof natural gas; will you consider an option to look at the possibilities\r\nof how can natural gas transmission lines might be adapted to\r\nthe future use of renewable resources.\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/?attachment_id=7902\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none\" src=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/3-chairman-small.jpg\"><\/a>\r\nFahrenholdt started to reiterate again, and\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/gilchrist.fl.us\/commissioners.html\">\r\nChairman D. Ray Harrison Jr (District 2)<\/a>\r\ninterjected:\r\n<blockquote style=\"font-size:100%\">\r\n<p>\r\nI don&#8217;t think that the people here tonight are the proper people\r\nto ask that question.\r\n<p>\r\nLaura Dailey:\r\n<p>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/?attachment_id=7904\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none\" src=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/4-engineers-small.jpg\"><\/a>\r\nI thought we had engineers here.\r\nWho might be thinking of how we could use this infrastructure.\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\nThe Chairman appealed for sticking to route issues in this\r\nparticular session, and to contact the citizens committee\r\nfor other issues for future workshops.\r\nWhich indicates that the Gilchrist County Commission plans\r\nto hold future workshops like this.\r\n<p>\r\nAccording to John M Ayers in the Gilchrist County Journal 30 January 2014,\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gilchristcountyjournal.net\/01-30-14\/01-30-14sabalt.html\">\r\nSabal Trail\/Gilchrist County to meet Feb. 20<\/a>,\r\n<blockquote style=\"font-size:100%\">\r\n<p>\r\nCommissioner Todd Gray recommended the county identify a gas\r\npipeline advisory committee made up of local residents who want\r\nanswers from the construction group. The proposed committee includes\r\nJ B Osteen, Pete Butt, Marion Poitevint, Jackie Clark, and David\r\nBiddle.
