The Winter Storm Warning issued by the National Weather\r\nService predicts the potential for ice and snow for north Georgia\r\nthis week. Georgia Governor Nathan Deal has declared a State of\r\nEmergency for 14 counties, with the possibility of more to be added\r\nlater.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nCitizens with reserved tickets to the Bird Supper, originally\r\nscheduled for Feb. 12, are being contacted with the new details. The\r\nlocation of the event has not changed.
