\nThe Hospital Authority of Valdosta and Lowndes County, Georgia will

\n<\/a>
\nhold a public hearing regarding a proposed sale to Acadia Greenleaf,
\nLLC, an affiliate of
\n
\nAcadia Healthcare Company, Inc.,<\/a> 830 Crescent
\nCentre Drive, Franklin, Tennessee 37067, the real estate, assets and
\noperations owned by The Hospital Authority of Valdosta and Lowndes
\nCounty, Georgia associated with its operation of the Greenleaf
\nCenter located at 2209 Pineview Drive, Valdosta, Georgia and the
\nGreenleaf Outpatient Center, located 2217 Pineview Drive, Valdosta,
\nGeorgia. The public hearing shall be held on July 23, 2012, at 9:00
\na.m. in Dining Rooms 1 and 2 on Level 1 at South Georgia Medical
\nCenter, 2501 N. Patterson Street, Valdosta, Georgia 31603. At said
\npublic hearing, the subject matters required by O.C.G.A. 31-7-74.3
\nwill be described, discussed and disclosed.\n<\/p>\n
