        \nLowndes County shall not be liable for payment for activation of the lights

          \nFoxborough Lift Station for

          \nCommissioner Demarcus Marshall wanted to know if SPLOST VI
          \ncould be used to pay for these items.
          \nAllen said no, it would come out of the utility budget,
          \nwhich had money set aside for such instances\n<\/p>\n

          \nunanimous approval.\n<\/p>\n

          \nit’s the usual renewal for MIDS, Inc. to run the county’s on-call bus system.

          \nand MIDS for operation of this program.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

          \nThe public couldn’t see that contract, which he said included
          \nthree annual renewals, through 2017.
