\nthe court case<\/a> brought against them by the Lowndes County Commission.<\/p>\n

\nSo how much money did the

\nalleged County Attorney<\/a>
\nspend sueing a local company to benefit ADS investors in New York City?
\nThe County Commission was very concerned recently about
\n
\nhow much the Sheriff and the Coroner spent<\/a>
\n(which
\nthe Sheriff<\/a>
\nand
\n
\nthe Coroner<\/a>
\nably rebutted).
\nWhy isn’t the Commission as concerned about spending money on a
\ncompletely unnecessary lawsuit that they started?
\nWhy do they let that same attorney
\n
\nset prices for purchase orders<\/a>?<\/p>\n

\n
\n<\/a>
\nThat
\n
\nexclusive franchise<\/a> with ADS: not so exclusive anymore, is it?<\/p>\n

\nWill ADS sue the county, as many people rumored was the Commission’s
\ngreatest fear?<\/p>\n

\nWill the county now have to pay DSS’s attorney fees?
\nAs a taxpayer I don’t like the idea of wasting more of my tax dollars
\non that lawsuit, so maybe they could take it out of the fees or
\nsalaries of whoever recommended and approved that lawsuit.<\/p>\n

\nMaybe somebody down at the county should
\n
\n“check our work”<\/a>.<\/p>\n
