talked to the neighbors<\/a>\r\nand they&#8217;d implement any requests within reason, which appeared to mean\r\nas long as they didn&#8217;t need to spend much money on it.\r\nCommissioners wanted to ensure that\r\nCounty Planner Jason Davenport wanted to put some teeth into that.\r\nTeramore rep said:\r\n<blockquote>\r\n&#8220;It&#8217;s on public record and my word&#8230;.&#8221;\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p style=\"font-style: normal\">\r\nCommissioner Chip Wildes said\r\n<a feelings;\r\nrather they should make decisions solely based on land use<\/a>.\r\nSo why are they letting Teramore make subjective judgments as to what\r\nrequests they feel like honoring?\r\n<p
