\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nWhy is the Valdosta City Council considering\r\n\r\nannexing and rezoning<\/a>\r\nland for VLCIA that the Industrial Authority apparently doesn’t even own?\r\nRevolving loans, railroad, and appointments to \r\nthe Central Valdosta Development Authority\/ \r\nDowntown Development Authority,\r\nto the Valdosta-Lowndes County Conference Center & Tourism Authority,\r\nto the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Citizen Advisory Committee,\r\nand the Valdosta Tree Commission. \r\n
