\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nI commend VLMPO for addressing real issues and getting a broad variety of organizations to show up.\r\nHowever, map after map on\r\nthe consultant’s slides<\/a>\r\n showed a straight-line highway going from Moody’s\r\nfront gate to Hahira:\r\n

\r\nThere is no such road.\r\nThere better not be, since it would go straight through my property\r\nand would drive development right through agricultural and forestry\r\nareas that the Comprehensive Plan says aren’t supposed to be developed,.\r\nnot to mention the Moody MAZ.\r\nI’m told the consultant is going to fix this.\r\n

\r\nI have my doubts, because the consultant also said land suitable\r\nfor development was defined as land that doesn’t already have something\r\non it, and isn’t wetlands.\r\nSomething on it as in buildings.\r\nSo much for crops or trees.\r\nMaybe VLMPO needs a better consultant.\r\nOr maybe VLMPO should provide their consultants better criteria.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n
