Ebel for $134,500 \r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/primis.phmsa.dot.gov\/comm\/reports\/operator\/OperatorIM_opid_19235.html?nocache=481#_Incidents_tab_3\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none\" src=\"http:\/\/www.phmsa.dot.gov\/staticfiles\/PHMSA\/Pipeline\/Intro_to_Pipeline\/resources\/PHMSA_OPSwhite.gif\"><\/a>\r\n for violating both federal\r\nregulations and Spectra&#8217;s own internal company policies was only a\r\nin the flaming bucket.\r\nAnother,\r\nmarked in red as\r\n<font style=\"color:red\">\r\nMAT&#8217;L\/WELD\/EQUIP FAILURE,\r\nPUMP\/COMPRESSOR-RELATED EQUIPMENT<\/font>\r\nfor\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/primis.phmsa.dot.gov\/comm\/reports\/operator\/OperatorIM_opid_19235.html?nocache=481#_Incidents_tab_3\">\r\n$251,170 in property damage on 13 March 2012 in Marietta, York County, Pennsylvania<\/a>,\r\ncould be related to that\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/09\/spectra-backtracks-about-pipeline-incident.html\">\r\ncompressor incident Spectra first said was nothing<\/a>.\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/09\/spectra-never-bothered-to-check-pipeline-for-corrosion-spectra-employee.html\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.naturalgaswatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/corroded-pipeline1.png\"><\/a>\r\nMost of the others are about\r\n&#8220;internal corrosion&#8221; such as\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/09\/spectra-never-bothered-to-check-pipeline-for-corrosion-spectra-employee.html\">\r\na Spectra employee says they never
