\r\n\r\nNo real agenda<\/a> was posted by the county,\r\nso below I’ve made one up to match the videos.\r\n

  1. \r\n\r\nCall to Order<\/a>\r\n

    \r\nand immediate adjourn to executive session\r\nfor attorney-client privileges.\r\n

    \r\nCounty Manager Joe Pritchard shooed<\/a>\r\nthe Commissioners,\r\nthe alleged County Attorney, the County Clerk,\r\nthe Finance Director, and one or two other staff into the back room.\r\n

  2. \r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\n\r\nReconvene into open session<\/a>\r\n

    \r\nChairman Bill Slaughter divulged the purpose of the meeting so they could\r\nvote on it.\r\nThe decision was\r\n58% of SPLOST for the county and 42% for the cities,\r\nto be divided among the cities as they see fit.\r\nThe vote was 4 to 1.\r\nWhich is rather odd, since you can clearly hear Chairman Bill Slaughter voting ”\r\naye”\r\nand raising his hand.\r\n

    \r\nThe Chairman\r\nisn’t supposed to vote unless there’s a tie.\r\nSince Commissioner John Page wasn’t present, a tie could have happened,\r\nbut it didn’t.\r\nAs you can see, only Commissioner Richard Raines voted against.\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
