\r\nPresumably the SPLOST VII Resolution is to put it on the ballot in November.\r\nSo much for those\r\n\r\ntown halls that never happened<\/a>.\r\nI’m guessing the ZBOA appointment is for the finally-expired term\r\nof Dave Kirk;\r\nthey appointed\r\n\r\nJohn “Mac” McCall last December to the unexpired part of Kirk’s term<\/a>,\r\nso McCall would be the odds-on reappointment.\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nMaybe the Proclamation is for\r\n\r\nSouth Georgia Pride<\/a>\r\nlike\r\n\r\nValdosta Mayor John Gayle refused to proclaim last year<\/a>.\r\nWhy do we have to guess what all those items are for, anyway?\r\nWhy don’t they just make the agenda items descriptive,\r\nor, even better,\r\n\r\nlink the board packet items in with the agenda<\/a>?\r\nThe two \r\nFor Consideration \r\nitems are more intelligible, but would still make more sense\r\nwith those board packet materials.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
