\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nCommissioner Franklin Bailey summed up the Dollar General proposal for Hahira:\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nThere’s just a lot here we don’t have.\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n

\r\n\r\nHahira City Council\r\nvotes tonight<\/a>\r\non the Teramore Development items, which are for a Dollar General\r\n(like\r\n\r\nthe one in Naylor<\/a>),\r\nas we discovered\r\nat the\r\n\r\nGreater Lowndes Planning Commission Regular Session 26 August 2013<\/a>,\r\neven though the agenda doesn’t say.\r\nGLPC recommended for it, even though engineering details hadn’t been done\r\nfor water management, the site plan wasn’t finalized, and no solution\r\nwas proposed for Dollar General’s corporate habit of using sidewalks\r\nfor cart storage, among many other issues.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

    \r\nTom Hodges of Thomasville, GA said he was with Teramore Development\r\nand had Clay Mulligan(?)\r\nwith Lovell Engineering with him, and they were ready for questions.\r\nCommissioners had no questions for either of them.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
