Based on removal efficiency, current operational\r\nexperience, and input from two public stakeholder meetings, the County\r\nhas narrowed down the treatment solution to either a resin treatment\r\ntechnology or a chemical treatment approach.\r\n<p>\r\nThe County began an eight (8) month treatment study beginning the week of\r\nJuly 15, 2013. The purpose for the extended pilot study is to confirm that\r\nthe treatment process chosen will adequately treat seasonal variations\r\nin raw water quality at the site. Full-scale installation of the chosen\r\ntechnology, process control equipment, and other ancillary improvements\r\nwill be completed by the end of March 2015.\r\n<p>\r\nThank you for your continued assistance in this matter.
