Scott Rafshoon<\/a> of\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mckennalong.com\/professionals-ScottRafshoon.html\">\r\nMcKenna Long &#038; Aldridge LLP<\/a>\r\nof Atlanta and K Street in DC spoke for.\r\nHis law firm bio says in part:\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\nG. Combining\r\nthese disciplines, Mr. Rafshoon is a leader in the Firm&#8217;s\r\npublic-private partnership (&ldquo;P3&rdquo;) practice&#8230;.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mckennalong.com\/professionals-ScottRafshoon.html\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mckennalong.com\/assets\/images\/2125.jpeg\"><\/a>\r\nManages the Firm&#8217;s representation of Balfour Beatty Communities, a\r\nsubsidiary of Balfour Beatty plc, in the privatization of family and\r\nunaccompanied personnel housing at military installations around the\r\ncountry.
