\r\n\r\nPerma-Fix of South Georgia<\/a>,\r\nlocated in the Gil Harbin Industrial Park,\r\nis apparently on fire,\r\naccording to\r\nthe VDT,\r\n\r\nUpdate: Explosions blast local Industrial Park<\/a>,\r\n\r\n\"Covering<\/a>\r\n

\r\nUpdated 3:06 p.m.: Explosions continue from Perma-Fix at the Gil Harbin Industrial Park. Times staff at the scene reports that the industrial park is being shut down. Emergency personnel are attempting to turn off gas mains at the site, according to preliminary reports.\r\n

\r\nNo injuries reported at this time.\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n

  • \r\n\r\nLiquid Fuel Blending<\/strong> – liquid waste with BTU content is treated through a liquid fuel blending system to produce a liquid material which can be used as a substitute fuel.\r\n
  • \r\n\r\nSolid Fuel Blending<\/strong> – solid waste with BTU content is treated through a solid fuel blending system to produce a solid material which can be used as a substitute fuel.\r\n
  • \r\n\r\nDistillation<\/strong> – wastes such as acetone, methylene chloride, mixed flammables and mixed chlorinated solvents are processed through the distillation system and returned to the generator for reuse, or remarketed to another user.\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    Types of Waste Materials we process include but are not limited to:<\/H4>\r\n

    • \r\n Off spec consumer products\r\n
    • \r\n Aerosol cans\r\n
    • \r\n Ink paste\r\n
