\nApparently the Lowndes County Commission has noticed the\n\n<\/a>\nnew provisions of the Georgia Open Records and Open Meetings laws\nthat\n\nVLCIA’s lawyer explained to the Industrial Authority back in May<\/a>,\nseeing these two items on the agenda for Monday morning and Tuesday evening:\n<\/p>\n

\n5.a. Adopt Resolution Appointing an Open Records Officer\n
\n5.b. Resolution Regarding Review & Approval of Minutes of Executive Sessions\n<\/blockquote>\n

\nPlus infrastructure for two subdivsisions,\none of them the famous\n\nGlen Laurel,<\/a>\nseveral well\/septic rezonings,\napproval of\nUSGS Funding Agreement for HWY 122 Stream Gauge\n(one of the four that\n\nlet us know about river flooding in Lowndes County\nless than a month ago<\/a>),\na beer license, and approval of the\n\nchanges to the ULDC that were discussed in the recent Planning Commission meeting,<\/a>\nin the public hearing the public didn’t know about.\nAnd more.\n<\/p>\n
