\nHere are videos of the February meeting of the\nValdosta-Lowndes County Convention Center and Tourism Authority.\nWe can guess they met again 27 March 2013,\nbut there’s nothing on\n\ntheir website<\/a>\nor\n\ntheir facebook page<\/a>\nto indicate that.\nTheir Chair \ndid say 27 March 2013 was the next meeting<\/a> right at the end of this meeting.\nAnd their executive did promise \nthe new website will have meeting times, list of board members, etc.\nThey’re\n\nspending money on security cameras and VCRs<\/a>;\nhm, maybe they could use some of those cameras to record their own events?\nMaybe record other board and authorities, and maybe even elected bodies?\n<\/p>\n

\n\n<\/a>\nI would post the agenda, but I don’t have one; only this\n\npicture of the announcement on the door<\/a>\nof the Convention Center.\n<\/p>\n

\nThey talked about\n\nfinancials and events vs. event days<\/a>; they had 25 events in January, down\nslightly from the same month a year ago, but event-days were similar.\nPerhaps someone would like to listen to the whole thing and report back on what they did?\n<\/p>\n
