Unsurprisingly,\nthe County Manager suggested\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=5Bg5wsw7a4o\">\nthe County Clerk be appointed the Open Records Officer<\/a>\nnow required by state law.\n5.b. They also have a resolution before them about\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=FoRsJjzBdAI\">\nreview and approval of minutes of executive sessions<\/a>,\nbut of course they don&#8217;t allow we the taxpayers to see that\nbefore they vote on it.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThey considered adopting subdivision infrastructure for\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fWqXwRrM6Lw\">\n5.c. Glen Laurel<\/a>\nand\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9y-xSzA_18c\">\n5.d. Crestwood<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n6.
