\nfrom the ones they were quoted the morning before, with no discussion:
\nthe County Attorney quoted the new figures, asked for approval,
\nand immediately got it

      \nChairman Slaughter said they would “conjoin a and b together”.\n<\/p>\n

      \nWhat we have at this time are the work orders and what we would like
      \nto get at this time is a motion to approve and ratify the purchase orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      \nCounty Attorney Walter G. Elliott asked to clarify:<\/p>\n

      \n

      The Commissioners have in front of them
      \nPurchase Order 13-12-545
      \nwhich is with Carousel Industries
      \nin the amount of
      \n$26,612.07.
      \nI have the purchase order with all of the applicable attachments here.
      \nYou have before you the purchase order.
      \nMost of the attachments were in your notebook behind 6.a.<\/p>\n

      \nThe second Purchase Order you have 13-12-546, with
      \nBallantine in the amount of $54,695.
      \nYou have that purchase order.
      \nThe relevant purchase orders were in your notebook behind tab 6.a.
      \nI have the entirety of the purchase order with all of the attachments.<\/p>\n

      \nIt is these two purchase orders
      \nthat are before them
      \nand I suggest a motion to approve, ratify, and authorize
      \nexecution and issuance of these two purchase orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      \nThose prices are completely different from
      \n
      \nthe ones
      \nthe County Manager quoted the previous morning in the Work Session<\/a>.
      \nNonetheless, the Commissioners
      \nrapidly did exactly what the Attorney told them to.\n<\/p>\n
