“I’d like to see Georgia Power… provide a geothermal and solar net zero\r\nenergy concept for the project that could act as a demonstration project\r\nfor them as well,” \r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nsaid someone unknown from Putnam County,\r\nat\r\n\r\nthe Georgia Public Service Commission meeting Tuesday 18 June 2013<\/a>.\r\n(This is why to always say your name when you speak.)\r\nCould have been\r\n\r\nPutnam County Commissioner<\/a> Alan Foster.\r\nHe also asked for a convention center, golf course, and lakefront activities\r\narea, and naturally at least one Public Service Commissioner latched\r\nonto the golf course.\r\nThe speaker said his “vision” involved privatization.\r\nSeems to me the problem is the existing privatization of the GA PSC.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
