Plant<\/a>,\nwith some comments about\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2013\/03\/valdosta-neighborhood-covered-in-raw-sewage-wctv.html\">\nraw sewage in neighborhoods<\/a>,\nfollowed by responses from several director and fire chief.\nFlooding caused several people to have move out of their homes.\nCommended response by several departments of city staff.\nComplained about the accuracy of the Valdosta Daily Times,\nboth\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2013\/03\/vdt-v-valdosta-re-wastewater.html\">\nreporter and editorial staff<\/a>.\nSaid maybe editorial staff needed to be replaced.\nSpecifically complained about reporting about berm, health effects,\netc.\nEspecially about the 80% of the city claim, and about purported\nflooding of the hospital.\nRead from VDT editorial <a href=\"http:\/\/valdostadailytimes.com\/opinion\/x986699196\/Planning-for-a-little-rain\">Planning for &#8216;a little rain&#8217;<\/a>.\nAdmitted he was wrong to think a 100 year flood wouldn&#8217;t happen again\nin four years.\nTried to dictate to the newspaper that it should print entire answers\nand leave out its own views.\nRecommended VDT editorials not contradict themselves,\nand that stories should use sources.\nAsked for apologies for inaccurate stories to be public,\nand for hiring competent people to work at the newspaper.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<a diversity<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<a name=\"Rose\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=bmaOfa_VOKA&amp;list=PLshUv86fYkiEUurlDL6xVvhaIggusjbG2&amp;index=25\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" videoing its own meetings\nand distribute via TV, web, or CD to radio and TV stations.\nWhy?\nFreedom of speech and press.\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\nAnd repeatedly I see people\ncome to this mic, same\nat the school board of education meeting,\nsame at the Lowndes County Board of Commissioners meeting.\nIt is as if though when the Attorney General put out that\nlittle red pamphlet about open government and the sunshine law\nit wasn&#8217;t worth the paper it was written on.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nIn the Library they got us in a 9 foot by 4 oblong square for\nus to stand for all the cameras and the TV stations.\nIn the County Commission they put us in a little pyramid\nsquare\nthat leaves\nMs. Gretchen\nhardly get her camera in.\nSomething&#8217;s wrong in Valdosta.\n<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-style: normal;\">\nHe continued with criticism of the black preachers in the community\nfor not doing much about the problems, especially of race.\nHe added:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\nThe things I put on bostongbr YouTube I could&#8217;t put on there\nunless somebody in a position, often white, gave me information!\nBut they are afraid, just like black folks are afraid.\nAnd I don&#8217;t know why they are so afraid.\nBut I don&#8217;t want to see them afraid no more.\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-style: normal;\">\nI can attest to that same problem.\nGeorge said he did
