\r\nWorst of all fifty states; worse than South Carolina and worse than Michigan:\r\nthat’s why\r\n\r\nGeorgia’s gets an F<\/a>\r\non its corruption risk report card from \r\n\r\nState Integrity Investigation<\/a>.\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nGov. Nathan Deal did\r\n\r\njust sign an ethics bill,<\/a>\r\nbut as William Perry, executive director of Common Cause Georgia says,\r\n

\r\n“It’s like you’re starving for a meal and somebody gave you a\r\nsaltine cracker.\r\n
\r\nIt’s chock full of loopholes.”\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n

\r\nI wonder if this lack of ethics in state government has anything to do with\r\n\r\nwidespread rural poverty in Georgia<\/a>?\r\n
