She said\r\nthat it had been repaired as of 5am today (April 26).\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/98706376@N00\/6075934997\/\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;\" src=\"http:\/\/farm7.staticflickr.com\/6066\/6075934997_7e4579d0f5_m.jpg\"><\/a>\r\nI then asked if it would be possible to get a copy of the Overflow\r\nEmergency Response Program and she asked my name. When I said my\r\nname (Gretchen Quarterman) she said that I would have to talk to\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lowndescounty.com\/content.asp?pid=23&#038;id=139\">Paige Dukes<\/a>\r\nand she would transfer me.\r\nAfter a long wait, she came back on the phone and said she would\r\ntransfer me and I was transferred to the voice mail of Paige Dukes.\r\nI did not leave a message.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n -gretchen\r\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"After learning that Lowndes County (not Valdosta) was having a waste water spill, I called the Utilities Department and asked to speak with Director Mike Allen.
