\r\nIt’s the usual content-free\r\n\r\nagenda<\/a> tonight at the Industrial Authority,\r\ndiffering from last month only in the dates of the documents mentioned.\r\nMore than a year ago, when Roy Copeland was first elected\r\nVLCIA Chair by the other board members, he told me he hoped to get the\r\nagendas and minutes published.\r\nHe’s been re-elected since then, and so far what we see is\r\nagendas that tell us nothing and no minutes.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
