Keystone report plays down climate fears<\/a>,<!--more-->\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\nThe report said the pipeline&#8217;s construction would support 42,100\r\nindirect jobs and 3,900 direct jobs during the one- to two-year\r\nconstruction period, which would bring in wages of about $2.05\r\nbillion, as well as another $3.3 billion in other spending.
