for a month<\/a>,<br \/>\nUnits 3 and 4 are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/03\/from-15-to-19-months-late-plant-vogtle-nukes.html\">19 months late and a $ billion over budget<\/a>,<br \/>\nand<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/03\/even-the-smallest-amount-of-tritium-can-have-negative-health-impacts-and-most-nukes-leak-tritium.html\"><br \/>\nHatch is leaking radioactive tritium into our groundwater<\/a>),<\/p>\n<li>\ncoal<br \/>\n(as in the<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/03\/188-billion-on-kemper-coal.html\"><br \/>\n$1.88 billion and more Mississippi Power will charge ratepayers for Kemper Coal<\/a>),<\/p>\n<li>\nnatural gas<br \/>\n(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2012\/12\/fake-fracking-reports-professor-and-institute-head-quit-other-institute-disbanded.html\"><br \/>\nnot so good for academic integrity<\/a>, not to mention groundwater, and<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/03\/fracking-north-georgia.html\"><br \/>\ncoming soon to north Georgia<\/a>),<\/p>\n<li>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/03\/nj-1-gw-solar-ga-22.html\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;\" src=\"http:\/\/farm9.staticflickr.com\/8230\/8597007467_7d716453c0_n.jpg\"><\/a><br \/>\n&#8220;renewables&#8221;<br \/>\n(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2012\/12\/financing-solar-energy-georgias-special-problem.html\">while SO and Georgia Power prop up the antique 1973 Territorial<br \/>\nElectric Service Act, making solar financing difficult<\/a>),<\/p>\n<li>\nefficiency<br \/>\n(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2012\/07\/will-electricity-demand-increase.html\"><br \/>\nwhile Fanning and SO ignore reports from Georgia Tech<\/a> that with efficiency<br \/>\nGeorgia wouldn&#8217;t need any new energy).\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perhaps some stockholders would like to suggest a different order.<br \/>\nOr we could sit and wait while SO and Georgia Power keep Georgia<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/03\/nj-1-gw-solar-ga-22.html\"><br \/>\nway behind New Jersey<\/a> and<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/02\/denmark-beats-georgia-powers-20-year-plan.html\"><br \/>\nDenmark<\/a> in solar power.\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nDear Fellow Stockholder:<\/p>\n<p>\nYou
