Patterson St., Valdosta GA 31601,\r\nwhich perhaps coincidentally happens to be the address of\r\nCulbreth Minick &#038; Associates PC.\r\nThe Tax Assessor&#8217;s database also seems confused, since there is no\r\nGrand Bay Company\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cgov.sos.state.ga.us\/Account.aspx\/SearchRequest\">\r\nregistered with the Georgia Secretary of State&#8217;s office<\/a>.\r\nThere&#8217;s a Grand Bay Distributing Company, a Grand Bay Management LLC,\r\na Grand Bay Properties LLC, and a Grand Bay Farm, Inc., but none of them\r\nhave an address on Patterson Street in Valdosta like Grand Bay Company.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\nCommissioner Joyce Evans wanted to know about a cemetery on that road.\r\nCounty Engineer Mike Fletcher said it was an extra cemetery for when\r\nthe creek was too high for members of the Unity Primitive Baptist Church\r\nto cross to bury.\r\nFurther clarification: the cemetery is owned by the Langdales,\r\nnot the church.\r\nCommissioner Demarcus Marshall wanted to know about access.\r\nEngineer and Chairman Bill Slaughter\r\nsaid there would be key lock access through the gate,\r\nand there were already other cemeteries like that in the county.\r\nChairman encouraged Commissioners to go look.\r\nCrawford Powell wanted to know how the key lock would work.\r\nEngineer said there would be one key at the church that people could sign out.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<li>\r\n<a name=\"Deannexation\"><\/a>\r\nDeannexation Request, Houser, 2990 Stallings Rd, 148-58A, ~36 acres, R-15 (City)\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\nCounty Planner Jason Davenport said deannexation requests didn&#8217;t happen\r\nvery often, but this applicant had been serious about this for some time.\r\nHe indicated the issues are much like an annexation, such as carrying\r\nany engineering issues to the new governing authority.\r\nCommissioners Joyce Evans and Demarcus Marshall had a few questions.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<li>\r\n<a name=\"Fuel\"><\/a>\r\nBid &mdash; Six Month Fuel Contract \r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\nNew Purchasing Director Kari L.
