Patterson St., Valdosta GA 31601,<br \/>\nwhich perhaps coincidentally happens to be the address of<br \/>\nCulbreth Minick &#038; Associates PC.<br \/>\nThe Tax Assessor&#8217;s database also seems confused, since there is no<br \/>\nGrand Bay Company<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cgov.sos.state.ga.us\/Account.aspx\/SearchRequest\"><br \/>\nregistered with the Georgia Secretary of State&#8217;s office<\/a>.<br \/>\nThere&#8217;s a Grand Bay Distributing Company, a Grand Bay Management LLC,<br \/>\na Grand Bay Properties LLC, and a Grand Bay Farm, Inc., but none of them<br \/>\nhave an address on Patterson Street in Valdosta like Grand Bay Company.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\nCommissioner Joyce Evans wanted to know about a cemetery on that road.<br \/>\nCounty Engineer Mike Fletcher said it was an extra cemetery for when<br \/>\nthe creek was too high for members of the Unity Primitive Baptist Church<br \/>\nto cross to bury.<br \/>\nFurther clarification: the cemetery is owned by the Langdales,<br \/>\nnot the church.<br \/>\nCommissioner Demarcus Marshall wanted to know about access.<br \/>\nEngineer and Chairman Bill Slaughter<br \/>\nsaid there would be key lock access through the gate,<br \/>\nand there were already other cemeteries like that in the county.<br \/>\nChairman encouraged Commissioners to go look.<br \/>\nCrawford Powell wanted to know how the key lock would work.<br \/>\nEngineer said there would be one key at the church that people could sign out.\n<\/p>\n<li>\n<a name=\"Deannexation\"><\/a><br \/>\nDeannexation Request, Houser, 2990 Stallings Rd, 148-58A, ~36 acres, R-15 (City)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\nCounty Planner Jason Davenport said deannexation requests didn&#8217;t happen<br \/>\nvery often, but this applicant had been serious about this for some time.<br \/>\nHe indicated the issues are much like an annexation, such as carrying<br \/>\nany engineering issues to the new governing authority.<br \/>\nCommissioners Joyce Evans and Demarcus Marshall had a few questions.\n<\/p>\n<\/ol>\n<li>\n<a name=\"Fuel\"><\/a><br \/>\nBid &mdash; Six Month Fuel Contract <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\nNew Purchasing Director Kari L.
