New Main Library \u2014 Construction Manager At Risk Selection\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\nSpeaking of railroads, apparently they&#8217;re moving ahead on the\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2012\/11\/splost-media-southside-library-videos-sglb-2012-11-20.html\">\nFive Points library<\/a>\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2012\/11\/splost-vii-sglb-2012-11-20.html\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;\" class=\"at-xid-6a0120a58214e4970b017d3e8d299a970c\" src=\"\/blog\/images\/6a0120a58214e4970b017d3e8d299a970c-pi.jpg\"    \/><\/a>\neven though\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2012\/11\/splost-vii-lost.html\">\nSPLOST VII failed at the ballot box.<\/a>\nHow are they funding it?\nWill we get some SPLOST VII project list public hearings or\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2012\/11\/keep-waste-sites-open-and-reprioritize-splost-william-geyer-lcc-2012-11-13.html\">\nreprioritization<\/a>\nbefore\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2012\/11\/splost-vii-sglb-2012-11-20.html\">\nit gets on the ballot again?<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n* Houston County had public hearings and prioritized for fewer road projects\nin favor of helping their airport, broadband, and protecting their Air Force Base,\nand <a href=\"\/blog\/2012\/12\/splost-won-in-houston-county-but-not-in-lowndes-county-why.html\">voters passed their SPLOST in a landslide.<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n6.a.
