That is except for the\nemployers and immigrants from Mexico.\n\n<!--more-->\n<p>\nWe should thank them for doing an outstanding job and using their\naccumulated money to take care of their families back home.\n<p>\nIn addition the New Hudson Docket Housing Area is now being renovated\nand once again outside contractors are being used on this project and\ngetting paid.  While local unemployed citizens and contractors sit on\ntheir porches and receive unemployment compensations from the state or\nnothing at all.\n<p>\nThen to add insult to injury our local news media failed to inform\ncitizens of Mr. Roy Taylor address to Valdosta City Council on August\n5, 2010.  Mr. Taylor disagreed with local governments repeatedly\nhiring outside contractors on jobs that our local contractors could\ndo.\n<p>\nHe point out that hiring of outside contractors increased\nunemployment, and contributed to crime.  Mr. Taylor stated that there\nwas no way of knowing if outside contracted workers were American\ncitizens.\n<p>\nAgain our local news media failed to inform the general public about\nthis hot bed topic that took place at a public meeting in the State of\nGeorgia.
