It&#8217;s giving\r\n&ldquo;rules for thee but not for me&rdquo;.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nThere are currently matters of public interest that have large\r\nportions of the public involved and attending these meetings\r\nregularly and some that are here for the first time.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nThese matters of public interest are discussed even more frequently\r\non social media where there are no &ldquo;rules of decorum&rdquo;.\r\nEveryone is free to weigh in as they see fit which means these\r\nconversations often times become extremely spirited.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nI am an admin of one local Facebook group with over 31k members, the\r\nvast majority of whom are Lowndes County residents, business owners,\r\nand taxpayers. Several of you seated before me are members of that\r\ngroup.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nI&#8217;m here today to place on the public record comments left by Mark\r\nWisenbaker in that group.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nOn the evening of July 28th Commissioner Mark Wisenbaker came on to\r\nMs. Rachael&#8217;s internet to tell me, and I quote, &ldquo;there will be\r\nanother meeting like this one. Get off the couch, show up and see\r\nfor yourself. Then maybe, just maybe others will notice you probably\r\nhave a brain or part of one!&rdquo;\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nIt puts in question the validity of our &ldquo;marriage&rdquo;.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nLet me be clear, that was not the only comment left to constituents\r\nby Mark Wisenbaker that evening, there were at least 4 other\r\ncomments, to other constituents, ranging from petty to intimidating.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nThose comments have now been spread far and wide thru this community\r\nand beyond. I&#8217;ve brought 50 print out copies of all Mark\r\nWisenbaker&#8217;s comments for anyone that hasn&#8217;t seen them and would\r\nlike to. I&#8217;ve also had some turned into vinyl stickers.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nSuggesting people should not be asking questions about these\r\nmeetings unless they are also &ldquo;willing&rdquo; to attend them\r\nin person ignores your disabled constituents who may not be\r\nphysically able to attend. It ignores your economically challenged\r\nconstituents who may not have transportation to and from these\r\nmeetings. It ignores your constituents who work second shift, or\r\nlong hours. It ignores our local farmers and farm workers, and a\r\nlarge number of Lowndes County residents who may otherwise want to\r\nattend these meetings but can&#8217;t.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nWhich then brings forth the question, what happened to the high\r\npriced equipment purchased by the county to live stream these\r\nmeetings??\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nThis is unacceptable conduct by Commissioner Mark Wisenbaker who we,\r\nyour constituents, expect a higher level of professionalism and\r\nintegrity from.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nIn closing I would like to remind the ENTIRETY of the Board of\r\nCommissioners that WE elected you to sit up there and WE can just as\r\neasily remove you by way of recall.
