Staff\r\npresented the information to the GLPC, who found it sufficient to recommend approval (7-2).&rdquo;\r\n<p>\r\nIf the information presented to the Planning Commission was sufficient, why does this\r\nCounty Commission packet include an additional signed and sealed letter from an engineer, which says,\r\n&ldquo;As part of the proposed telecommunications site listed above, we are designing the site in compliance with the Section 5.05.04 (A) of the Lowndes County, Georgia Land Development Code&#8230;.&rdquo;\r\n<p>\r\nThat would appear to satisfy the letter of ULDC 5.05.05.E.\r\nUnfortunately, it may not be accurate.\r\n<p>\r\nI still don&#8217;t see any of these points addressed:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\nAn inventory in VALORGIS of the applicant\u2019s existing towers or alternative tower structures. See ULDC 5.05.05.B.2\r\n<li>\r\nAn argument for why Langdale Park would not be a \u201chistoric district\u201d or a \u201cscenic view corridor.\u201d See 5.05.05.G.5\r\n<li>\r\nAn argument for why hiking trails cleared by numerous citizens would not be public rights of way. See 5.05.05.I.I. and the Right-of-Way definition on page 1-25.\r\n<\/ul><!--more-->\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:center;font-size:80%;font-style:italic\">\r\n<a title=\"Bailey Lively, P.E., As for LAKE<\/a>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nThe White Trail A goes north to south along the lot line marked L10 on this Verizon Specific Purpose Survey map.\r\n<p>\r\nThe red flag and the marker on the ground near it are presumably marking the northwest corner of &ldquo;The TOWERS LLC PREMISES&rdquo;.\r\n<P>\r\nThe borders of the trail right of way are marked by the sawed ends of logs\r\ncut by many volunteers for a public hiking trail.\r\nWhy would this not count as a public right of way?\r\nAnd why is that survey marker not too close to it?\r\n<p
