The TRC approved the attached draft this morning with 5\nconditions (See Below).&nbsp; One of those conditions has been incorporated\ninto the draft already.&nbsp; The other 4 were for consideration and\ninvestigation and I plan on giving additional time to them Monday.&nbsp; The\nattached draft represents what changes have been proposed since the draft was\nprinted earlier this week.&nbsp; To simplify and expedite review all changes to\nthe draft that you already received have been tracked and should appear in <\/span><\/font><font\nsize=2 color=blue face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;\ncolor:blue'>blue<\/span><\/font><font size=2 color=black face=Arial><span\nstyle='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:black'>.&nbsp; At this point I\nhave heard back from the Industrial Authority, Moody Air Force Base, and 5\ncitizens\/parties\/organizations that had questions about the amendments.&nbsp;\nOf those please see the below e-mail from John and Gretchen Quarterman and\nexpect physical copies of it as well as the attached draft at your meeting Monday\nnight.&nbsp; Thank you for your time and effort.&nbsp;
