\r\nThe \r\n\r\nrezoning sign<\/a> is not in Langdale Park: it’s on the private property on Hyta Mederer Road, at\r\n30.8870644, -83.3173206<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nThe\r\n\r\nFAA NOTICE CRITERA<\/a> say it’s in Remerton.\r\n

\r\nThe\r\n\r\npacket materials for TWR-2026-02 Bermuda Run<\/a>\r\nsay its address is 3781 North Valdosta Road,\r\nwhich is misleading at best.\r\n

\r\nThe decision to be made by the Board of Commissioners is not a\r\nzoning decision. It is a quasi-judicial decision whether the\r\nstandards for a telecommunications tower in Section 5.05.05 of the\r\nULDC are met.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nThe TRC analyzed the request, the standards set forth in Section\r\n5.05.00 (attached), and Section 10.02.00 of the ULDC, and noted that\r\n\r\n\r\nthe proposed location satisfies the Standards for New Tower\r\nDevelopment in 5.05.05, and therefore recommends Approval of the\r\nrequest.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n
