That condition says that a 200 foot natural buffer must be left on the North and South boundaries which abut residential zoning. Her property appears to be zoned R-1 rural residential. \r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nThat note is by Gretchen Quarterman, who took that video for LAKE.\r\nThis is Condition 4 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2025\/07\/videos-two-rezonings-and-a-beer-and-wine-license-lcc-regular-2025-07-08.html\">as adopted July 8, 2026<\/a>;
