\n\n<\/a>\nI wondered during your re-presentation of slides you’d already\nsaid the entire VLCIA board had seen at the recent VLCIA biomass\nevent, whether you would provide copies to interested parties,\nsuch as those sitting in the room, but you did not at the time.\n

\nConsidering the increasing amount of public interest in this topic,\nas evidenced by the attendance and\n\nquestions at the VLCIA Rainwater Conference\nCenter event, and by recent newspaper activity,<\/a> probably the\npublic would like to see those press releases directly from\n\nthe VLCIA’s web site<\/a>. However, LAKE is always happy to link\nto relevant material, so if you will please send me the URLs of\nthose press releases as you found them on the web, LAKE will be\nhappy to link to them.\n

\nSimilarly, if Dr. Teaf’s information is as good as you indicated,\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n

\n\n<\/a>\nI’m sure the public would like to see it on the VLCIA’s website.\nIf you let me know where they are, LAKE will be happy to link to them\non the\n\nLAKE web pages,<\/a> just as for Dr. Sammons’ slides, which\nhave been available for some time now:\n

\n\n<\/a>\nI also look forward to seeing on the VLCIA’s website the\nprofessional videos the Valdosta city videographer took\nof the recent VLCIA biomass event. Brad Lofton told me\nthat evening that they would become available there.\nBy the way, who paid for that videography?\n

\nThank you for the invitation to attend further VLCIA meetings;\nas you heard, several board members already invited me to do so.\nUnfortunately,\n\naccording to the VLCIA web site, that was the last one!\nNone are scheduled for next year.<\/a>\n

\nPlease let me and the public know when any VLCIA board meetings or other\nevents are scheduled for next year, by placing them on the VLCIA website.\nIf you let me know when they are there, LAKE will be happy to link to\nthat schedule from the LAKE web site.\n

\nI look forward to attending future VLCIA board meetings and other\nevents, and I will encourage other people to do so as well.\n

\nIncidentally, unlike the Lowndes County Commission and most of\nthe local city governments,\n\nthe VLCIA has no email addresses on its website for its board members.<\/a>\nCould you add those?\nI have copied the board members whose addresses I know.\n

\nI have posted the present correspondence with\nthe tax-funded VLCIA to the LAKE blog.\nI’ve also copied the editor of the Valdosta Daily Times.\n
