\nWe enjoyed having you Tuesday night, and we were especially glad to\nhave you attend on the night we planned to review the expert panel’s\ntestimony regarding the positive environmental, health and economic\nimpacts of our project. We appreciate you agreeing today to provide all\nof that data (or at least links) on your blog plus the recent flurry of\npro-biomass press releases. As you know, December has been very active\nwith EPA and USDA releases promoting biomass plus GA Tech and Duke\nresearchers announcing that renewable energy (including biomass) will\nsave Southeastern U.S. ratepayers $23 billion a year by 2030. That’s\ngreat news for residential and industrial consumers alike. The\nunanimous permission granted for the Gainesville, FL biomass facility\nwas good news, and we were amazed at the large amount of support they\nreceived-from the FL State Department of Health, to the guardians of\nthe Suwannee River basin, the U.S. Corps of Engineers, and numerous\ngovernment and environmental groups in between.\n
\nRegarding access to our panel info, we have already e-mailed our\npanelists’ presentations to members of the public, and we would be more\nthan happy to continue doing that. Please have anyone interested e-mail\nus directly.\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n
The video will be put on our site just as soon as its\navailable. Dr. Teaf has led the toxicology group at FSU for decades,\nand he is a preeminent expert on the health issues related to our\nproject. When he provides us additional info and publications, we will\nshare those with you as well.\n\nRegarding the 2011 meeting calendar, we will provide the schedule for\nnext year on our site as soon as we get into 2011. In the interim,\nhowever, please mark your calendar for the third Tuesday of every\nmonth, 5:30 pm.\n
