\nLet’s remain focused on the health risks associated with your biomass\nproject, the most important issue for our community. (WACE will deal\nwith other claims you make, yet can’t back up with scientific studies,\non January 13.)\n

\nThe only thing the public has received in regard to your claim that\nbiomass is safe are your “assurances” and the testimony by a hired gun,\nwho is not even a medical professional, and who also could not back up\nhis claim. No scientific studies. No statements by medical\norganizations. No links to scholarly publications. Nothing.\n

\nAt the same time,\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n

WACE has shared with you and the community plenty of\nscientific studies and statements by medical organizations to establish\nthe simple fact that biomass indeed bears significant health risks\n(because it is neither “clean” nor “green”). In other words, the\ncommunity did not just receive “assurances” or an “opinion” from WACE,\nbut scientific facts as established by the ALA, ACS, AHA and many other\nentities.\n

\nNow, simply admit that you do not have scientific studies or statements\nby medical organizations that support your claim that biomass is\n“safe”, or finally attach some of recent date to your next email to\ngive us your proof.\n

\nIf you can’t, which seems to be the case, it is simply time to stop\nyour biomass project and focus our efforts on creating truly clean jobs\nand smart economic growth for our community.\n

\nThe dictionary defines the word *proof* as: “any factual evidence that\nhelps to establish the truth of something” … and in your case your\nclaim that biomass is “safe”.\n

\nIn other words, if you have any proof for what you say, now is the time\nto produce it, and for EVERYONE to see.\n

\nEither you have it, and share it with the group via email as a *.pdf or\n*.doc file … or you don’t (which apparently is the case) and you\nsimply admit to it.\n

\nMembers of WACE (including my wife) have communicated with you for\nmonths via email; members of WACE (including Natasha Fast) have already\nmet with you months ago; members of WACE (including myself) came to\nyour panel on December 6, etc., etc., etc.\n

\nWhat would be the point of another meeting, another email, another\nphone call … if none in the past have produced any scientific proof,\nany conclusive evidence that biomass is safe?\n

\nPerhaps you are afraid of the simple truth that biomass is NOT safe?\n
