\r\nAs promised, JD Dillard and BOC Records provided the packet materials for\r\nthe two county rezonings on the\r\nagenda<\/a> for the Monday evening\r\nGreater Lowndes Planning Commission (GLPC) meeting.\r\nStaff wants conditions on one, but not the other.\r\n

\r\nStaff lists conditions, but does not propose including them as conditions in approval,\r\nfor the RV park north of Hahira halfway to Cecil, in the watershed of Franks Creek,\r\nwhich goes to the Little River.\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\nStaff does recommend seven conditions for the proposed “large warehouse type campus”\r\non Coleman Road off of North Valdosta road,\r\ndirectly across the Withlacoochee River from Langdale Park.\r\nAs near as I can tell, the conservation area near the river\r\nwould remain.\r\nThe R-1 would mostly turn into Suburban Area, wrapping around the Foxborough subdivision.\r\nWest of that and northeast of the railroad tracks would be Institutional Activity Center,\r\nas would southwest of the tracks all the way to Coleman Road.\r\nNorth of that between the tracks and Coleman Road would be Industrial Activity Center.\r\nThis is all if I’m interpreting the colors correction on this map.\r\n
