If the applicant makes and entrance\/exit onto a dirt road, they must pave from entrance to closest paved road.  If they don&#8217;t make an entrance on the dirt road, they don&#8217;t have to pave anything. The answer was yes, at the old Rascals property.  I did not know that the county had obtained the old Rascals property.
