\nAfter pointing out that\n\nLAKE posted videos of the entire previous VLCIA board meeting<\/a>\nas a proof of concept that if it could be done by a tiny volunteer\nactivist group it could be done by a tax-funded professional staff,<\/a>\nand complimenting VLCIA on finally posting videos of their 6 Dec 2010\nevent a month after LAKE posted videos of the Q&A<\/a> and\nthe rest of that meeting<\/a>,\nI asked the VLCIA board\n\nwho is going to buy the electricity from the biomass plant.<\/a>\nChairman Jerry Jennett answered:\n

\n“That’s not our problem.” [waves hands]\n“You see, industry comes and\nit’s his job to sell whatever his output is…\nthe manufacturing plant…\nthe output is electricity…”\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n<\/param><\/param><\/param><\/object>\n

\nSo I asked how does that match with Col. Ricketts in the previous\nboard meeting referring to a public\/private partnership between\nVLCIA and Wiregrass Power LLC and frequently saying “we”.\n

\nCol. Ricketts responded that he was only referring to the solar plant\nand the GEFA grant.\nWell, yes he said that then, but he also said…\n\n\n

\n\n<\/a>\n\nIn introducing Dr. Teaf as an expert on biomass,<\/a>\nCol. Ricketts said\nto the VLCIA board in their public meeting of 21 Dec 2010:\n

\n“…we reached out with the company, Sterling Energy Assets\nand Wiregrass Power, and working together …\nwe decided that we would approach Dr. Teaf to do this analysis for us….”\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n<\/param><\/param><\/param><\/object>\n

\nI hear “we … we … we” all the way home.\n

\nSo was the VLCIA board not paying attention to Col. Ricketts last time,\nor did Chairman Jennett just back off from VLCIA staff’s very close association with Wiregrass Power LLC and Sterling Energy’s biomass plant?\n
